Born and raised in Texas, Felicia is a proud Black Texan with deep ancestral roots in the Lone Star State. She raised her daughters here, built her businesses here, and continues to serve her community from the boardroom to the backyard—bringing heart, heritage, and hometown grit to everything she does.
A devoted wife to a decorated Army veteran and mother to three daughters, Felicia’s journey from survival to significance fuels everything she creates. Now stepping forward as a rising political voice and future city council candidate, she serves as Precinct Chair for her district and plays an active leadership role in Indivisible Hill Country—mobilizing civic engagement and empowering her community through grassroots advocacy.
In addition to her professional and political leadership, Felicia gives back through hands-on community involvement—teaching youth to sew in summer camps and helping them earn Girl Scout and Boy Scout badges and patches. Her commitment to mentorship spans generations, from young girls finding their voice to women reclaiming their power.
